Delivery And Returns

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Delivery

For information on the countries we deliver to, please refer to the FAQ section under Shipping & Delivery. The details can be found there. Please take note that certain international destinations may have restrictions on specific products. Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully review the information on that page before placing an order. When your package reaches its destination, please be aware that import duties and taxes may be applicable. It is the client’s responsibility to comply with all relevant laws and regulations of the destination country for the products. We cannot be held liable or responsible if the client breaches any such laws. It is possible to have the delivery address different from the billing address for your order. The estimated delivery date for the products with express shipping is within 3 work days, standard shipping is within 7 days from the dispatch date. However, for customized products, the estimated delivery time may be up to 30 days from the dispatch date. Delivery times may vary based on product availability and the client’s delivery address. Please note that delivery times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. The product(s) may be delivered to the client in multiple shipments and at different times. There may be circumstances beyond our control that cause delivery delays. If such delays occur, we will make every effort to deliver the products as soon as possible, but we will not be held liable for any losses incurred by the client as a result of such delays. In certain situations where we are not responsible or in control, our delivery partner may leave the client’s package outside or provide optional services during the delivery process. These services include: (a) signature release, allowing the client to waive the requirement for a signature upon delivery; (b) leaving the package with a neighbor, reception, or security; (c) rescheduling a new delivery date according to the client’s preference; (d) redirecting the package to a nearby collection point. If our delivery partner leaves the package outside or if the client chooses any of these optional services (including any default preferences set with our delivery partner), the client acknowledges and agrees that Aromé de Monte – Carlo bears no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage resulting from such delivery arrangements.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at monaco@arome.mc to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
